Wellness with Matthew

Matthew talks about various topics to help you improve your wellness

Matthew’s Gym

Join our gym online or come in during normal operating hours. We don’t have our members sign long-term contracts. At Matthew’s Gym you pay as you go, month-to-month at $25 per month. Or, receive a discount by pre-paying a 6-month membership at $20 per month.

Hours

Members can access Matthew’s Gym 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Guests younger than 18 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.
