We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm to our members. You can come in during these hours to become a member. Also we don’t have our members sign long term contracts. At Matthew’s Gym you can pay as you go month-to-month for $25 per month. Or, you can receive a discount if you pre-pay six (6) months in advance at the rate of $20 per month.

We bought Douzo’s Gym in June of 2012.  Matthew Short has been a NASM Gold Standard person trainer since 2009. He has bachelor’s degree in Organizational/Public Communication with a Minor in Psychology. Our focus is on your health. We offer you a place to get fit and healthy without the intimidation. Matthew’s Gym is a family-owned gym with a family-friendly atmosphere.
